Shipping policy

At P&M Tee Co., all our products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted partners including Printful and Spreadshop. This allows us to offer high-quality, custom designs while keeping waste to a minimum.

Please read the information below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • All items are custom printed and typically ship within 2–7 business days.

  • Production times may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (U.S.):
📦 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International:
🌍 7–21 business days after fulfillment

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur beyond our control.


3. Split Shipments

Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.


4. Tracking Information

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after you receive the notification.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your order. Some promotions may offer free shipping.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@pandmtee.com. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to update it.


7. Delays & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  • First, check your tracking link

  • Then, contact the carrier for an update

  • If it’s still unresolved, reach out to us at info@pandmtee.com and we’ll help look into it


8. International Orders

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance depending on your country.
